Great visit! Super professional staff and over all the best experience I’ve ever had getting dental work done. They made my root canal easier to do than a routine cleaning! Highly recommend!

I was surprised at how fast they worked but it could have been more gentle. I was continuously getting rocked with tools and hands hitting me in the head and a chair slamming me in the shoulder during the procedure. The roughness of being slammed with an armrest from a rolling chair while you're trying to sit still and you're in pain is disturbing. I might go back but I prefer less violent experiences.

They did a great job with my root canal. They were short staffed but was able to still get me in and out. The doctor and the assistant were really nice and asked me if I was comfortable plenty of times. Also the front desk lady was nice as well with how many times I called the office. Good job ladies!

I had never been to this type of specialist before and ended up needing root canals, which honestly made me pretty nervous going in. From the very first phone call, though, the team at Sigma Dental made the entire experience incredibly comfortable and reassuring. Breeann was the first person I spoke with and she was absolutely wonderful. Her customer service was exceptional, she was kind, patient, and very accommodating. She immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. When I arrived, Jill brought me back and assisted the doctor throughout the procedure. She was fantastic as well, very supportive, attentive, and helped everything move smoothly. She made sure I felt comfortable during the entire process and was a huge part of making the experience so positive. Dr. Wang did an incredible job. She was extremely professional, gentle, and very considerate throughout the procedure. I had heard so many horror stories about root canals, but she made the process smooth, painless, and far easier than I ever expected. Even the atmosphere of the office stands out. The environment is calm, professional, and very welcoming, which really helped put me at ease. As a grown man, I’ll admit
